Before the details, I better explain the story, something you’re probably all too familiar with!
Last year I ventured up the attic to bring down the house decorations in time for the festive season, as I did my annual testing of the lights I noticed that all of our white LED tree lights were not working or on their way, meaning they may have done their last Christmas the previous year! We’d had them for several years ourselves and they owed us nothing as they’d been used on the tree, outdoor, indoors, even for other celebrations like weddings- we’d definitely got our money’s worth from them.
So when I broke the news to the wife that we may be a few lights down that year, she emphasised that the ‘show could not go on’ with our other decorations- so I knew some more needed to be purchased and fast!
I went on the hunt for some new lights to save our Christmas, now onto the types I had chosen.

With these warm white LED Christmas tree lights, those problems are a thing of the past! The LED string lights give off the Christmas glow that most people try to create during the festive period, the warmth and welcoming atmosphere that invites guests into the home. The varied mode function provides several ways in which the lights will appear, giving you have the choice in how you want your decorations to shine- often not available with other types of lights!
Make sure you buy the lights that are extra safe low voltage, this has a lower power output and also reduces the risk of any dangers (for example overheating) to virtually 0% chance, great piece of mind if you like to leave your lights on for extended periods or have young children around. The cables are flexible and able to bend smoothly around your tree without disrupting its balance or taking up room for decorations- so you can still have plenty of space for your favourite tree ornaments!
I found this model that has high ratings and great value for money.

Another benefit she tells her sister is the fact there is no need for an outdoor power socket, which I know can restrict most people from buying the lights they truly crave, as the 8-meter low voltage extension cable is able to safely reach inside the house and not cause any problems (UK version). Yet also the US version meets the same requirements, due to them being battery operated there is no need to worry about how far the power cables can reach, you simply set up your lights, find a small home for the battery pack and away you go! Bright cool white Christmas lights to enhance the atmosphere in your garden!
A feature I like with these LED Christmas Lights cool white model is the multi lighting mode; you have an 8 mode lighting function at your disposal. So whether its combination or sequential, waves, twinkle or the remaining functions you have freedom of choice with how to present your lights display and create that charming atmosphere you've always dreamed of.

The bright white lights and wire with this model are a great piece to add to your tree, without worrying about the look of the cable when it's wrapped around the branches.
The LED bulbs provide a sparkle of light that compliment trees that are not the traditional Christmas colours- white or pink trees for example, with the clear cables allowing the tree colour to combine with the lights and add a shine to your festivities.
Ours will be coming out again this Christmas and we have ordered some more to add to the indoor tree as we were so impressed with our previous purchase! Now the wife’s sister has seen the beauty of them she’ll be over the moon when hers arrive!
Take a look at the ones above that I researched and let me know what you think!
