This year to add to the list, my parents long-serving Christmas tree has decided to retire itself- meaning a new model is needed! Let me show you the three I’ve been looking at online.
But first I better paint the chaotic Christmas picture that, I imagine, a lot of people experience!
Of course, the norm in our family is to start thinking about the Christmas decorations around mid-end November time, which is agony for my mother as she’s normally in the Christmas spirit shortly after Halloween has finished!
This year as she’s doing her annual decoration check and test- which I’m sure most Santa’s Grotto equivalent houses do- she notices her fifteen plus year Christmas tree is on its last legs. As the devastation starts to hit her that she may not have a tree this year, I quickly remind her that there are plenty of trees online that need a home this Christmas!
For years she would have wires and cables full of LED lights that would be a nightmare to untangle- which many years of my childhood were spent doing it- so to save anyone else the hassle I had, I suggested a fibre optic artificial tree should to the trick.
Here are the best one's I found.

The coloured LED lights bring a flashing festive mood to the home, with the white in the tree really allowing it to glow and give off the warmth of Christmas spirit.
Fibre optic trees take up less space than traditional trees, yet the firm base providing support for the variety of decorations that could be added, also an inviting space for presents underneath the tree.
Often brighter than halogen trees, this white artificial tree is perfect for anyone who loves relaxing in the holiday period knowing their festivities emphasise the bright shine coming from their home. With great reviews online, it will make that perfect centrepiece in which your holiday decorations will shine from!
I found this white fibre optic Christmas tree a delightful buy for anyone who would like a slightly modern feel to their decorations yet, still harness the Christmas glow of old!

Not everyone can have or prefers a full-size tree so this beautiful multicoloured fibre optic model is a great substitute, coming with a variety of LED colours to brighten up your room and packaged with a supportive base to keep it sturdy whilst on display.
Being mains operated, it adds an extra dimension, as you won’t have to worry about finding the specific batteries needed to power it like other trees, yet also knowing that the lights won't cut off when showing it to people!
Standing at 4 feet high, it can add a sparkle to any festive display and not take up to much room! In addition, the fairly easy home assembly required means it can be set up, with lights glistening, not long after unboxing. Great if it’s a last-minute replacement tree or you don't have a lot of spare time to set it up- Christmas is often a hectic time for us all!
This 4ft Christmas tree fibre optic was something my parents were interested in for another room and definitely worth a look if you are in a similar position.

Although the large 7-foot size, its assembly is not complex, with the sturdy base adding stability when fully set up. Finished in traditional green, it’s the classic hallmark tree modernised with multicoloured fibre optics, furthermore adding a really eye-catching display with a wave effect.
The benefit of the embedded LED lights means less hassle of untangling light strings of your own, evidently its size still providing plenty of space for any other small decorative ornaments you may wish to add to your tree. Creating that ultimate festive feel!
I think my parents have picked their favourite, this fibre optic 7ft Christmas tree could also be a solution for you!
My parents should have theirs in time for this Christmas, something that can be ticked off the checklist! The fibre optic lights mean they can spend less time with wires and more time enjoying the holiday period!
Take a look at the items I’ve suggested above, I hope they are of use to you, let me know!
